1973-1976, G.B. Glick Construction Corp., Indianapolis, Indiana.
Construction superintendent in charge of building four story
apartment complexes, housing 500 units with club house facilities
in Dade and Broward Counties.
1976-1978, Peabody and Childs
Architects, Inc., Pompano Beach. Project Architect for producing
all single family residences for major south Florida developers in
Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
1978-1990, Vice President and 50%
Partner of DK Architects Planners, Inc., of Pompano Beach,
Florida. In charge of all Design, Production, Administration of
all phases of Architecture including bringing in the work. field
observation and consultations.
1990-Present,
President of Lee Moldoff Architects & Associates, Inc., of Coral
Springs. In charge of all aspects of the Architectural practice
including space planning, interior design, custom rendering,
project negotiation and administration of the construction
observation.
Background, Experience and Philosophy
Lee Moldoff, MA,
Architects and Associates, Inc. Architects, Planners and Interior
Designers, has evolved from a multi-faceted background in
Architecture Design, Construction Administration, Interior Design
and Construction.
Since moving to Florida from
Philadelphia, in 1973, Mr. Moldoff has held a position as
superintendent of Construction with a major developer, building
some 1500 multi-family units, a partner and project architect with
a large Architectural firm in Pompano Beach for 12 years and
presently the President of LM Architects & Associates, Inc.
With over 25 years of experience as
development coordinator, technical advisor and project
administrator to numerous projects in Pennsylvania, New York, New
Orleans, North Carolina and Florida. His expertise includes:
Project Architect with
state-of-the-art knowledge of the latest material and technique of
construction, administration, construction documents, space
planning, design, field observation, estimating and project
supervision. He is recognized as an expert in his field.
